Morlan Hotel
The Morlan Hotel is a family run hotel which has recently undergone extensive refurbishment resulting in new bars, a decking patio plus a 75 cover restaurant
featuring rustic brick arches and alcoves.
The Morlan Hotel is situated in the centre of Aberporth village on the West Coast of Wales and is just a few minutes walk from Aberporth's two sandy beaches making it popular
for both bathing and boating.
The new Ysgubor Restaurant was opened in June 2002 incorporating the old lounge bar and two downstairs bedrooms and features much rustic brickwork with arches and alcoves.
The ceiling and walls feature many items you may find in an old barn, from horse collars to a postman's bike, the flying bike. Hops on the beams give the finishing touch to Ysgubor.
Each of the five bedrooms with five foot beds, has its own individual character; a regency four poster, a pine four poster and a Japanese theme. There are two family size rooms also with a smaller bedroom and bathroom. All rooms have been designed to a very high standard for your comfort.
Every room has an individual access off a large balcony were you can sit and enjoy a restful drink during the summer months.
All rooms have a 20 inch colour TV, tea & coffee facilities, hair drier and a private bathroom
Grey seals and the Cardigan Bay resident dolphins can often be seen from the beaches of Aberporth which are just a short stroll from the hotel.
Within a short distance by car is the award-winning Mwnt beach managed by the National Trust where you can climb the beacon on the north side and soak up one of the best
views over the bay.
