country guest house We (Cathy and Ian) offer you the warmest of welcomes when you stay at Brynarth Country Guesthouse which lies in a secluded valley in the foothills of the Cambrian Mountains but just twenty minutes drive from the University town of Aberystwyth. The house nestles in seven acres of pasture and woodland, which guests are welcome to explore.

Brynarth is a traditional Welsh farmhouse complex set around a courtyard with a central fishpond. The house and barns, of stone and slate, are over three hundred years old and have been sympathetically renovated to provide warmth and comfort while still retaining a wealth of exposed beams and fireplaces.

country guest house Brynarth is a real retreat, ideally situated for walking, bird-watching, fishing, golfing and touring. The nearby Ystwyth and Elan valleys are areas of haunting natural beauty, which remain undiscovered by the crowds.
