Local Area Bethania is a very small village with the nearest shop approx 2 miles away at Cross Inn where you can buy most basic supplies and they do have an off licence. The nearest large supermarket is in Aberystwyth. Usually vegetables, salad & duck eggs can be bought on the smallholding and meat can be bought from another holding nearby. If you wish, basic groceries can be bought for you in advance.

We would recommend The Penuwch Inn where good food can be had at reasonable prices. Their menu includes vegetarian and children's options. Immediately outside the cottage is a patio which catches the sun mid afternoon & evening. The ideal place to sit for a glass of wine and to unwind after a busy day exploring local attractions.

You are welcome to stroll through our fields and meet our sheep, pigs and poultry on the way.
