Mountain View Holiday Home. A Luxury Caravan in the heart of Snowdonia
"Mountain View" is a privately owned caravan which is occasionally rented out for holiday lets and is located in Snowdon View Caravan Park near Llanberis
The Park is surrounded by beautiful scenery and enjoys magnificent views of the mountains and beautiful sunsets of North Wales.
The Park is located in Brynrefail, which is close to Llanberis and Lake Padern which is a superb area for walking and climbing. There is an olde worlde country tavern on the Park, which serves food, and there is an indoor heated swimming pool, laundrette, and children's play area. As a visitor to the site, you will have full use of the Park's amenities and facilities throughout the period of your stay, subject of course to your complying with the Park rules.
The Caravan is a 35ft static 6 Berth Caravan comprising of a master bedroom with en suite (wc. and basin) plus a twin bedroom with 2ft 6in. beds.
One sofa converts into a spring double bed. The main bathroom has a shower cubicle, basin and wc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-ring gas hob, oven and grill, fridge and microwave. A fully furnished open plan lounge/diner with gas fire, TV and video, offers beautiful views over Snowdonia.
The caravan is double-glazed, insulated to a high standard, with gas central heating via radiators to all rooms and a combi boiler provides a limitless supply of hot water.
We only acquired this holiday home in May and therefore have some prime dates still available during July and August. Weekly prices are from £260-435. All gas and electricity is included. Duvets and pillows are provided but you will have to provide your own bed linen and towels. Regrettably, no animals or smoking are allowed in the caravan and the Park only caters for couples and families.
In the local area you can visit the old slate quarry with its original hospital, or take a trip on the Padern Lakeside Railway. The Snowdon Railway also runs regularly from Llanberis and provides breath taking and spectacular views from the summit. Pony trekking centers can be found nearby and the coastal towns of Caernarfon and Bangor are 15 minutes distance by car. And just only eight miles away you can visit the golden sandy beaches of Anglesey.
