Our self catering apartment is just 250 yards from a lovely sandy beach and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, almost in the middle of the small seaside resort of Broadhaven, just 7 miles from Haverfordwest.
You can just see the sea from one window.
The apartment is wonderfully equipped with all latest mod cons, eg tumble drier, washing machine, fridge/freezer, video and TV, and sleeps 4 plus baby in 2 bedrooms. Guests have the use of a small shared garden.
Explore this fantastic part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and see wildlife in abundance. Seals, dolphins, porpoises, manx shearwater, puffins and many other species of sea birds. Walk in peace in some of the most dramatic, stunning and remote landscapes in Wales. Puffin House is just over 2 hours from the Severn Bridge (on a good run) and is normally let from a Saturday to a Saturday. We can often be flexible out of the main summer season and let the apartment for 2 - 5 night breaks - please phone or email to check.
The apartment is on the top floor of a two story building with just 6 apartments in total. Set in a new development just minutes from the beach it offers very comfortable light and airy facilities which have been graded four star by the WTB.
The apartment is particularly suitable for young children.
Fitted carpets throughout and decorated in plain emulsion it is very easy to keep clean and tidy. We have furnished it with very comfortable and practical furniture. All bedding is brand new and 100% cotton and is freshly laundered for you on arrival. The two bedrooms are of a good size and the mothercare travel cot can be used in either bedroom if required. The bathroom is small but has all you need ie shower over a bath plus a large walk-in airing cupboard where towels etc can be stored. The kitchen is very well equipped and in response to this years guests suggestions we have added a few extra things like a garlic crush, c afetiere and more wine glasses! You are welcome to use the dishwasher powder and cleaning materials we leave out along with the basics in the cupboards such as sugar, salt and pepper, tea and flour.
Heating in the winter is by night storage heaters which can be adjusted by you daily if required plus three other electric heaters which together ensure the apartment is always warm and cosy.
Good attention has been given to your safety with fire extinguisher, first aid kit and safety plugs provided.
We are sure you will find the apartment the ideal place to return every day after you have been on the beach or touring Pembrokeshire itself.
