David and Cassie Scrivener invite you to stay for a beach holiday on the beautiful coast of West Wales.
Based in Freshwater East at the Freshwater Bay Holiday Park they offer the chance to relax in fully serviced homes just a short stroll from a wide crescent shaped golden sandy beach.
Set in beautiful countryside the houses are surrounded by National Park land and close to the Pembrokeshire Coastal path that runs near the beach towards Milford Haven or towards Tenby.
Accommodation
The properties are built to a town house style on Trewent Park and constructed in short two storey terraces, only yards from the safe sandy beach of Freshwater East.
Each house has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area complete with fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker and colour tv/dvd or video with Sky freesat.
In properties that sleep six a bed settee is provided in the lounge. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus a bath/shower room.
All are fully furnished and double glazed and lead on to grassed communal areas.
All homes have modernised kitchens and tiled bath/shower rooms. The decor is fresh and clean with good quality furniture and fittings.
In the main they are non-smoking. A cot and high chair are also provided free of charge.
Duvets and pillows are supplied but you will be required to provide your own personal items along with your own linen such as duvet covers, bed sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed on the park and this rule must be respected. The management team reserves the right to request you to find alternative accommodation should you enter the park with a pet. Tenancies commence after 03:30pm on the first Saturday of the holiday and terminate at 10:00am on the final Saturday.
Eating Out At the village you will find the Longhouse bar and restaurant that offers fine dining and quick snacks throughout the day in summer. It also offers evening entertainment. Locally there are cafes, bars, restaurants and children friendly pubs. Watch the sunset from pubs on the waterway or visit one of the top restaurants in the country, the Plantagenet in Tenby.
Local Area From beautiful sandy beaches to historic castles, activity centered action to walking with dinosaurs,
sailing on the waterway to golfing, leisure parks to walking the coastal path, this area of South Pembrokeshire has it all!
In fact you might just fall in love with Pembrokeshire life and choose to move here permanently!!
Castles a plenty!
Visit Manorbier, Carew or the massive Pembroke castle with Tudor dynasty links.
Theres also the cathedral and Bishops Palace at St Davids. The list goes on and on! Green activities are well catered for as we are surrounded by the Pembrokeshire National Park.
You can even go off shore to the islands and watch the seals! Why not walk along the coastal path seeing the flora & fauna or follow one of the cycle paths.
Beaches in abundance! Freshwater East is on your doorstep, a long crescent shaped beach with facilities for sailing, kayaking and windsurfing. There are sandy beaches at Tenby, Broadhaven and Barafundle (voted Britains most beautiful beach in June 2004). For surfing there is the beach Freshwater West. These are just a few or the beaches nearby. For kids of all ages theres The Dinosaur Park, Heatherton Activity centre, Folly Farm, Pembertons chocolate factory, Oakwood Leisure Park, golf courses, leisure centres, museums, boat trips and cycle paths. You can even sail to Ireland twice a day with Irish Ferries from Pembroke Dock.
