Situated on the side of a wooded valley, Cascade Lodge, (Warham 2), one of 15 similar lodges at Castlewood, all with verandas is ideal for that "home from home, getaway" holiday,
and for exploring Pembrokeshire by car and on foot.
Our luxury two bedroomed lodge sleeping four people with a south facing veranda is fully furnished and is provided with full central heating and double glazing. The accommodation comprises of one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, large lounge with TV, hi-fi, video and log effect gas fire. The adjacent dining/kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and gas cooker. All bed linen is included and there is no extra charge for electric or gas but don't forget to bring your own towels.
Visit Saunder foot, Tenby, Broad Haven for beautiful open beaches, Manorbier for the surfing, and Saint Davids magnificent Cathedral steeped in history and legend.
For the more energetic there is more than 170 miles of coastal path to be explored. Around every corner and over every headland, magnificent views are waiting to be discovered.
Spend some time looking out to sea and catch glimpses of the seals that frequent the shoreline and rocky outcrops around Pembrokeshire.
Take the binoculars and look out for the dolphins, often to be spotted swimming just off shore in the many bays and inlets around the coast.
You will find peace and tranquility in this lovely corner of West Wales and you are assured of a heartfelt welcome.
Castlewood, located close to Narberth recently received the coveted David Bellamy Gold Award for conservation.
Narberth itself offers good shops, inns, restaurants, and takeaways, and is within walking distance from Castlewood, via the footpath that runs around the grounds of the castle.
Find time to relax and use Cascade Lodge as a base to visit the many historical towns and castles of Pembrokeshire.
Younger members of the family will enjoy visits to Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park, and Herons Brook, all to be found within 4 miles of Narberth.
